Fantastic 'Floriday' Villa

Our group of 7 had a great time on our 2 week Florida Holiday over the New Year period. We all enjoyed the pool during the first week, but the temperatures in Orlando dropped below freezing during the 2nd week of our stay, and unfortunately the pool heating couldn't maintain a warm enough temperature in the pool! The villa is in a great location - close enough to the major attractions and in a quiet enough suburb to get away from it all in the evenings. The pool table was certainly used to the maximum benefit, as were the cool boxes for taking lunch out to the parks. We would certainly recommend the villa to friends and look forward to another visit (with warmer weather next time!).

We had a nice stay. Great villa with spacious room. The only drawback was a cold front that drop the tempeture in Florida to 35 at night.

WOW, What a home

We stayed here last year and were amazed by the place but the new decor and updated furnishings give the place a step up the ladder and I'd certainly call the place top class. This is an amazing home from home and you'll not want to leave. The houskeeping team are friendly and helpful and the neighbours are lovely too. I recommend a vist and trust me, as you walk through the door you'll be WOWED by this home, no, you'll be WOWED!!! before you walk through the door.

Fab Holiday

Fantastic holiday, Villa was all that we had hoped for had a great time. Location was convenient for everything we wanted to do. The villa was so much better than other places we have hired, the pool table play station and pool where in constant use. Also very easy, friendly and accommodating booking process made the whole experience wonderful. Will definitely be going again and recommending to others.

8 of us including 2 little people had a wonderful holiday at Gary's place. House, swimming pool and amenities all excellent. Lovely quiet suburban location but not too far from all the attractions. We hardly stopped to take a breath so now need another holiday to recover and we have all had to go on diets! Really appreciated the call from Gary to make sure all ok. Thanks again and will certainly be recommending to friends etc.

The villa is fabulous

the villa fabulous, had a wonderful time,.gary and the managemant company couldnt do enough for us, the facilities on offer were second to none, the children took full advantasge of the games room and pool,the villa is in an excellent location 20-25 mins from disney and universal parks.we will be back next year thanks again tom.

4 Star Villa

The villa was excellent, good service by the management company. Gary provided a caring and attentive service keeping in periodic contact after our booking but before the holiday, we appreciated his courtesy phone calls on arrival at the Villa and again on our return home. The villa is a "home from home" will all the facilities you would require. The swimming pool, jacuzzi and pool table were in constant use. Having the pool table inside the main house is an excellent idea. The two living rooms worked well, the children appreciated having their own living room (so did the parents!) with the games consoles. Excellent location approx 25-30 minutes from Walt Disney World and other parks, but in the suburbs so you could appreciate the countryside. I will definitely be recommending the villa to my friends and family and would return in the future.

Great villa in a great location

Just returned from Orlando and a cruise. Great villa in a great location. We travelled as 2 couples, one child, one single woman and an elderly lady (70+). The downstairs bedroom and bathroom was perfect. My son and I are usually relegated to the garage to play pool so having a pool table just off the main living area was a bonus! We played a lot of pool but still felt part of the rest of the group. Although we all got on great in the villa and didn't need them, it was good to have several areas to sit and relax including an upstairs sitting area with TV and games console. This was in addition to all the usual villas. Finally a word about Gary - the owner. I booked this villa because out of about twenty or so replies I got by email, Gary was the only one to phone up personally. Communication was great prior to the holiday, he checked we were OK with a phonecall just after we arrived and has also checked everything is OK on our return. The villa and Gary's "customer service" are thouroughly reccommended by me and my fellow travellers.

The villa was everything and more than what we expected it to be!!!!! Spacious, well equipped and all the creature comforts of home. We had a small hiccup on arrival and the management team were very quick to respond and problem sorted out straight away. If and when we return to Florida we would most definately book this villa. We have visited Florida and stayed in many villas in the past and this is by far the best!!!!! Once again thank you very much for allowing us to book with you.

WOW #2!

Back again at the villa for the second year running,with extra guests this time! Plenty of room for everybody. Kids had yet again, a fabulous, exhausting time. Definitely coming back to stay at this wonderful villa again, hopefully to experience a Floridian Christmas!! Have recommended this accomodation to many people, especially the hot-tub!! HEAVEN!!!! The villa was perfect, i was unsure about 3 families sharing but found it so large and airy that we were having to shout to find each other. It was lovely to have a real home from home and plenty of things to use for cooking washing etc, while still having luxury benefits like pool. The file of info was really useful and a nice touch. Hello stayed at your amazing villa in august 2007. an amazing holiday had by all. saving up now for next year, need loads of money as theres so much to do!!! the pool and jucuzzi are an amazing asset to the villa , so nice to come 'home' from the parks and just relax!!! and the villa is so spacious you never get under each others feet. many thanks again for your wonderful hospitality regards the 'Hill family'

Hello, back again in Wales after a wonderful holiday in Florida Your lovely house on Jasmine Drive made a superb base for enjoying all the attractions of Orlando.We found the house well appointed and spacious with the pool table the biggest attraction, the playstation was NEVER used.We will have no hesitation in recommending the property to any of our friends that are planning a holiday in Florida Thanks again for making our holiday in Orlando such a memorable experience Regards Gwennie

Beautiful

We've just returned home from spending two weeks at your fabulous villa. We were a party of 8, and there was plenty of space for us all. We especially enjoyed the games room (the pool table was used often) and the pool (which was very welcome after a long, hard, hot day at one of the attraction parks. We very much recommend this villa - which was superb - and the location, and hopefully will be back again in the not-too-distant future!
