This Floridian tropical paradise is located just a 20
minute drive from Disney. With private pool and Jacuzzi, 5
bedrooms and 3 baths, this beautiful home is fully air
conditioned, furnished and equipped to the highest standard.
The five bedrooms include two twin rooms, one double, one
queen, and a master with a king size bed, remote controlled
ceiling fan (too hot/cold at night no need to get up) TV,
also master en-suite facilities. (All other rooms have
manual controlled ceiling fans). There is a formal dining
room, two lounges, Pool room, kitchen with breakfast bar.
Through the patio doors lead to a beautiful
LARGE swimming pool and a spa/Jacuzzi which is South
Facing and has privacy screening
Our Swimming pool can be heated so that when you arrive
home after a long weary day at the parks, you can jump
straight in and just relax in the nice warm water
The south facing pool is fully screened and has ample
space, perfect for sunbathing.
It has a two car garage which is ideal for two families
sharing. 2 minutes walk away there is a children’s play area
only .
The Accommodation
The villa is particularly well suited for two families or
for those travelling with a nanny or grandparents.
There are alarms fitted to the patio doors, which sound when
open. It is thoughtfully furnished and versatile with plenty
of space to accommodate larger parties. Laundry facilities
are provided in a separate air conditioned utility room and
include a super sized washing machine and tumble dryer
(which means get the laundry done before travelling home,
unpack your suitcases when you get back and put all your
clean clothes in the drawers or wardrobe whilst reminiscing
what you were doing two weeks previous).
The Facilities
The home provides a peaceful haven to return to after the
hustle and bustle of a day out at the parks. Alternatively
it is a relaxing base for lazing around the pool or soaking
up the therapy of the deep Jacuzzi. Inside activities
include a POOL TABLE and for the children (or some adults) a
gaming console.
Position
Crescent Lakes’ is situated on Poinciana Boulevard south
of the main 192 highway of Kissimmee within 20 minutes of
all the main attractions and specialised shopping malls. It
is very well positioned for Restaurants or fast food
services. For younger ages there is a petting farm and for
those who choose to be adventurous there is horse riding
near by.
